• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process a188 is required to conduct under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending resolution.

Each player may hold only one registered account. If a188 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the a188 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

a188's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their a188 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a188 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and security measures on your own device and network.

Your continued use of the a188 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. PAGCOR serves as the primary regulatory authority with jurisdiction over a188's licensed operations.

In the event of a dispute between a player and a188, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through a188's internal customer support and complaints process. Players may contact our support team via live chat at any time. a188 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through a188's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division. Any unresolved disputes shall ultimately be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
